Medical Assistant

          Primary responsibilities:  rooming patients, taking vitals, reviewing medications and health history, sending electronic prescriptions, pulling templates and charting, prepping for the next day, cleaning and stocking rooms, assisting the physician                          during exams and procedures, cleaning instruments, injections, etc. 

          Required:  completion of an accredited Medical Assistant educational program. Some travel between offices is required. Along with our competitive pay and benefits, you’ll enjoy a Monday through Friday dayshift schedule with no holiday or weekend                      hours, and working with a great team of physicians and staff!

 

Nurse (RN or LPN)

          Primary responsibilities:  patient education, assisting physicians with orders and hospital communications, calling patients to discuss test results, taking calls from patients to answer questions and triage, serve as a resource to Medical Assistants and other staff, handle referrals to other specialists, prescription refills, problem solving to ensure smooth workflow, etc. 

          Required:  completion of an accredited nursing educational program and a valid license. Along with our competitive pay and benefits, you’ll enjoy a Monday through Friday dayshift schedule with no holiday or weekend hours, and working with a great team of physicians and staff!     

   

Registration

          Primary responsibilities:  greeting the patients and visitors, and directing them where to go; completing all necessary demographic charting, forms, and insurance information; may serve as back-up staff for Operator and Medical Records;                                schedule follow-up appointments; cover other offices as needed; take payments; etc.

          Required:  a High School Diploma or equivalent.  Some travel between offices may be required for some positions. Along with our competitive pay and benefits, you’ll enjoy a Monday through Friday dayshift schedule with no holiday or weekend hours,      and working with a great team of physicians and staff!
