Tracy L. Bellavance, M.D.

Tracy L. Bellavance, M.D., joined the group in 1997. She is a native of Goshen, IN and has three children. She received her B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and her medical degree from Mayo Medical School. She completed her OB-GYN residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.

Dr. Bellavance is board certified in OB-GYN. She is also certified in da Vinci robotic procedures.  She is a member of Fort Wayne Medical Society, Indiana State Medical Association and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Bellavance has office hours at the West Jefferson location.
